ARORA HILLS COMMUNITY CLUBHOUSE
IS NOW OPEN!

CLARKSBURG, MD – Jan. 29, 2007 –The Artery Group and Beazer Homes, developers of Arora Hills, are pleased to announce the community clubhouse located on the corner of Chestnut Glen and Birchmead in Neighborhood 2 is now open.

“After a lengthy approval process, we are very pleased to open the clubhouse for the community’s enjoyment,” said Alan Stackman, Senior Vice President of The Artery Group.

The two-story community clubhouse features an attractive, columned front porch, inviting foyer with a gas fireplace, catering kitchen, great room with windows overlooking the pool, a multi-purpose room, and office space. On the lower level, the clubhouse opens out to a large swimming pool that will open this summer. Families have already been enjoying the tot lot near the clubhouse. The clubhouse is staffed Monday through Friday during normal business hours and will provide meeting space for residents and Clarksburg community organizations. In addition to the clubhouse and swimming pool, Arora Hills will include sports fields, nature trails, a second neighborhood pool, additional tot lots, and a planned middle school. The community is located adjacent to Ovid Hazen Wells Park.
