ARORA HILLS WINS AWARD FOR BEST
WELCOME CENTER!


CLARKSBURG, MD – ARORA HILLS, a master planned community in Montgomery County, Maryland, won a prestigious Major Achievement in Marketing Excellence (MAME) award for their Nature-themed Welcome Center representing the scenic beauty and lifestyle offered at ARORA HILLS. The Welcome Center, which includes an indoor waterfall, was designed by Interior Concepts of Annapolis, Maryland and Creating Results, LLC, a full-service, strategic marketing consultancy, based in Occoquan, Virginia. ARORA HILLS is developed by Artery Development and Beazer Homes.

Since opening last year, over 200 people have decided to make ARORA HILLS their home. The spectacular nature-themed Welcome Center, a gateway to a community “designed by Nature and built by artists,” emphasizes the natural beauty of the community. A state-of-the-art interactive community site plan display provides information on the lifestyle offered at ARORA HILLS.

The award for best “Double-wide Trailer or Larger” in the “Pavilion/Rental Office” category was presented at the 27th Annual MAME Awards ceremony held May 7th at The Sheraton Premiere in Tysons Corner, Virginia. The Northern Virginia Building Industry Association and the Maryland National Capital Building Industry Association sponsor the annual awards gala to honor the best in sales, marketing, advertising, and merchandising in the Washington metropolitan area. Experts in new home sales and marketing conducted the judging. The ceremony was hosted by news anchor Jim Vance of NBC 4.

The 1,330 home master-planned community is located in Clarksburg, Maryland. Beazer Homes, K. Hovnanian, and Ryan Homes are currently building single family homes from the upper $400’s and townhomes from the low $400’s. Residents of ARORA HILLS enjoy rolling hills, nature areas, on-site amenities, and a convenient location near I-270. Single-family homes, townhomes, and possibly condominiums are planned for future neighborhoods. An on-site middle school is also planned.

To visit ARORA HILLS, take I-270 to Exit 16 - Father Hurley Blvd - Route 27. Route 27 becomes Ridge Road. Turn left into Welcome Center off Ridge Road or Skylark Road. ARORA HILLS is 3 miles off I-270.
