ARORA HILLS BREAKS GROUND ON CLUBHOUSE
Homesites Near the Pool and Clubhouse
Almost Sold Out!

CLARKSBURG, MD – June 6, 2006 – Developers for Arora Hills, a master-planned community in Clarksburg, Maryland, recently broke ground on the community’s clubhouse located in Neighborhood 2.

The two-story community clubhouse will feature a columned full front porch, a large lobby, kitchen, great room, multi-purpose room, women’s and men’s locker rooms, and office space. The clubhouse will open out to a large swimming pool. The clubhouse will be completed this fall, with the swimming pool opening in summer 2007. The clubhouse will provide meeting space for Clarksburg community organizations. A tot lot located near the clubhouse is now open for residents to use. In addition to the clubhouse and swimming pool, Arora Hills will include sports fields, a second neighborhood pool, additional tot lots, and a planned middle school. The community is located adjacent to Ovid Hazen Wells Park.

Builders Beazer Homes, K. Hovnanian Homes, and Ryan Homes have sold nearly 500 homes since the community opened for sales in 2003. Homesites in Neighborhood 2 near the clubhouse and swimming pool are nearly sold out.
