ARORA HILLS MODEL
WINS MAJOR MARKETING AWARD!

CLARKSBURG, MD – June 13, 2006 – The Bristol Model by K. Hovnanian® Homes™ won a Major Achievement in Marketing Excellence Award of Merit for Best Interior Merchandising Detached $850,000 - $1 million. The model home was merchandised by Carlyn and Company Interiors and Design, and is featured at Arora Hills, a master-planned community in Clarksburg, Maryland.

Considered one of the premier awards programs in the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area, the program honors the best in marketing and sales achievement. The Washington Metropolitan Sales and Marketing Council of the Northern Virginia Building Industry Association and the Maryland National Capital Building Industry Association sponsor the awards program. NBC 4 News Anchors Jim Vance and Wendy Rieger, served as Emcees for the 29th annual event held May 25th at the Hilton in Washington, D.C.
