ARORA HILLS MODEL OPENS NEW NEIGHBORHOOD!
Neighborhood 3 to feature new designs including luxury townhomes by Beazer Homes and K. Hovnanian Homes

CLARKSBURG, MD – August 16, 2006 – Arora Hills, a master-planned community in Clarksburg, Maryland, has introduced two brand new designs in Neighborhood Three. K. Hovnanian Homes features luxury rear detached townhomes, while Beazer Homes introduces its two-car rear entry integral townhome design. Ryan Homes will continue offering townhomes. All three builders will continue to offer single family homes.

According to Alan Stackman, Senior Vice President of The Artery Group and developer of Arora Hills, “We are very excited to begin selling in our newest Neighborhood. Homebuyers will be very interested in seeing the unique new home designs offered by our builders and the progress that is being made on the community’s clubhouse.”

Arora Hills will feature five Neighborhoods when complete. Neighborhood Three is conveniently located near the main entrance to the community on the corner of Ridge Road and Skylark Road. Across the street is the site for a planned middle school. A swimming pool and bathhouse for the community will be included in Neighborhood Three.

Arora Hills features over 200 acres of preserved open space and three streams. The community is adjacent to Ovid Hazen Wells Park. Builders Beazer Homes, K. Hovnanian Homes, and Ryan Homes have sold nearly 500 homes since the community opened for sales in 2003.

Arora Hills features five decorated model homes open daily from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. Townhomes are priced from the upper $300’s and single family homes are priced from the upper $500’s.
