SIX NEW MODELS OPEN AT ARORA HILLS

CLARKSBURG, MD – The builders at Arora Hills recently opened six new model homes in Phase II of the community. Single family models include Beazer Homes’ The Ashland and The Chandler, Ryan Homes’ The Carroll II, and The Bristol by K. Hovnanian Homes. Townhome models featured are Beazer Homes’ The Wellington and Ryan Homes’ Fairmont model. All six models are professionally decorated with beautiful furniture, wall coverings, colors, and fabrics that enhance the elegance and promote the flow of each home’s floorplan. Each model has a stunning, inspiring, and unique look. The models are all located within walking distance of each other, along Sycamore Farm Drive, off of Skylark Road in Clarksburg.

To date, over 375 homes have sold in the Clarksburg master-planned community. Townhomes are priced from the mid $400’s, while single family homes are from the low $600’s. Condominiums are also planned.

Arora Hills offers a convenient location minutes from I-270. Surrounded by recreational parks and wooded trails, the community also includes a clubhouse, sports fields, and two neighborhood pools. An on-site middle school is planned. Retail shopping, restaurants, and commuter routes are also nearby.

The models are open daily from 11 to 6. To visit, take I-270 to Exit 16 - Father Hurley Blvd - Route 27. Route 27 becomes Ridge Road. Turn left into Welcome Center off Ridge Road.
