Please visit the Arora Hills HOA website and select “request login.” You will then fill in your contact information. Make sure to include your email address. Within 24 hours you will receive an email with your username and password to enter the site. You need to belong to the website to receive very important email bulletins from management. The website also includes a calendar of events and all of the documanets you may need.

HOA and County Law requires that you use trash containers with lids. Please put away your trash can within 24 hours of pickup and store out of view until the next pickup day.

To schedule recycling for the first time:
Homeowners should call Montgomery County and leave a message with their name, address, telephone number and size of bin requested (regular-18 gallons, tall-22 gallons) and Montgomery County usually delivers the bin within one week.
Please put away your recycle bin within 24 hours of pickup and store out of view until the next pickup day.
Architectural Changes
The Declaration of Covenants requires that Homeowners must receive prior written approval for all additions, change or alterations to the home exterior or lot. If you wish to make changes to your home, please submit a completed Application for Architectural Change to your on-site office and receive approval to making exterior changes of any type. These applications are handled through your on-site office. Applications are reviewed by our Architectural Control Committee on the second Monday of each month.
Clubhouse Rental
The clubhouse is available for rent by Arora Hills homeowners and renters. The cost for homeowners is $200 for a 4 hour time block and $300 for renters. You may view the rental agreement on our website under “Resources/Documents”. You may also call the onsite office for more details.
Meetings & Committees
The HOA currently meets twice a year - once in November and again in June. Exact dates are mailed out to homeowners within 3 weeks of the meetings. We have several committees that meet once a month.
The current committees are:
Social, Landscape, Architectural Control, Safety, Budget and Covenants. If you are interested in joining any of the committees, contact the onsite office.
