ARORA HILLS HOSTS GRAND OPENING OF NEW MODEL HOMES!
Tour 6 Decorated Models and Enjoy Entertainment and Food
on Saturday, March 15th from 11-6
CLARKSBURG, MD – [March 6, 2008]. New home shoppers will want to visit Arora Hills (www.arorahills.com) on Saturday, March 15th from 11:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. for their “Springtime Model Open House” featuring six decorated model homes. Arora Hills is a master-planned community in Clarksburg, Maryland.
On the day of the event, visitors can pick up a tour map at one of the community’s six model homes. Each model will also have food and entertainment. Throughout the day, a kite stunt team will perform using huge, colorful kites at Ovid Hazen Wells Park, a regional park adjacent to Arora Hills. Visitors can also take self-guided tours of the community’s Clubhouse.
Arora Hills offers residents an array of amenities right at their doorstep including two neighborhood swimming pools, the community clubhouse, sports fields, nature trails, bike paths, multiple tot lots and the convenience of 290 acres for playing right next door at Ovid Hazen Wells Park. The park includes ball fields, picnic pavilions, a playground, hiking trails and plenty of open space for kite flying. In addition, The Artery Group (www.arterygroup.com) and Beazer Homes (www.beazerhomes.com), the developers of Arora Hills, have preserved over 200 acres of open space right in the community. Three natural streams and rolling hills complete Arora Hills. An on-site middle school is planned by the county. The community is located just 3 miles from I-270 and minutes to MARC Rail. The models are open Tuesday through Sunday from 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. and on Monday from 2:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.
