The Clubhouse will provide meeting space for Clarksburg Community Organizations per procedures established by the Homeowners Association.
The ballfields, indoor pool, basketball and tennis courts, and middle school are being planned and provided by either Montgomery County or the
MD National Park and Planning Commission.
